The Print Process

Every photograph is printed to order to ensure the highest quality. I personally oversee the production of each piece, utilizing archival-grade Giclée printing on professional-weight paper. Please allow 3–5 business days for your print to be prepared, inspected, and packed before shipping.

Shipping & Delivery

I ship worldwide from my studio in Derbyshire, UK.

• UK Delivery: Sent via Royal Mail Tracked (2–3 business days from dispatch).

• International: Sent via International Tracked (7–14 business days depending on location).

• Packaging: Small prints are shipped in heavy-duty flat mailers; larger works are carefully rolled in wide-diameter protective tubes to prevent curling.

Returns & Exchanges

As each print is custom-made to order, I generally do not accept returns for change of mind. However, your satisfaction is paramount:

• Damaged Goods: In the rare event that your print arrives damaged during transit, please take a photo of the packaging and the print and contact me within 48 hours. I will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you immediately at no extra cost.

• Lost Parcels: If your tracking information shows no movement after 14 days (UK) or 28 days (International), please reach out so I can investigate and ensure you receive your work.

Customs & Duties

For international orders, please be aware that any local customs fees or import duties are the responsibility of the buyer.
